Our client is a world leading manufacturer focused on renewable energy production. The North Carolina operation is in its final phases of start-up and striving to achieve full capacity. This requires strong leadership to drive a positive change and team culture as well as implement best practices for utilizing lean manufacturing and TPM to achieve nameplate capacity.
Beginning the search in July 2017, Zach Price and his team worked closely with the Director of Human Resources and Vice President of Operations through the entire process. Working from a position of strength in the marketplace, TRG developed and executed a strong search plan of industrial operations leaders, identifying candidates who have the right technical background and also a strong desire to be in the North Carolina region.
Earlier in the year we had recruited a results driven operations leader and knew he could be a strong candidate. We made the connection with the candidate and the VP who have a shared background in blue chip Automotive.

Our client is a world leading biomass manufacturer focused on renewable energy production. As our client continues to expand in order to meet market demand they want to maintain high standards on product quality. We were asked to find a strong leader in order to maintain product quality, develop supplier relationships and implement certification programs.
They needed an experienced quality professional with a strong technical background and industry experience with forestry product manufacturing, continuous improvement methods and the drive to help plants optimize value and eliminate waste.
Beginning the search in August 2017, Zach Price and his team worked closely with the Director of Quality and HR Leadership through the entire process. We were able to identify and attract an experienced production manufacturing professional who held experience in driving operations improvement, producing forestry products, and leading quality management programs.

Zach Price & TRG Manufacturing Search Division Successfully Complete Senior Director of Operations Search

Our client is a world class specialty chemical manufacturer with an impressive track record of growth and expansion. They needed an experienced production leader, with a strong background in chemical process manufacturing, area supervision and a desire to progress in to Site management.
Beginning the search in mid May 2017, we worked closely with the Director of Manufacturing, the Plant Manager and HR Leadership through the entire process. We dug in to the local market and were able to identify and attract a strong local candidate. Our candidate was a highly motivated operations manager with progressive manufacturing industry experience, including process engineering and chemical operations leadership. He was eager to return to his chemical processing roots after a stint in industrial materials manufacturing.

Joe Young & TRG Manufacturing Division Completes Successful Operations Search
Posted at(Richmond, VA) August 10, 2017 – Joe Young and The Manufacturing Search Division of The Richmond Group USA (TRG) are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of a Value Stream Manager search for an industry leading industrial & commercial products manufacturer in North Carolina. This person will be responsible for leading the day to day production and continuous improvement activities for a thriving value stream within their Southeastern site. In addition to that, this role will partner with Executive Operations Team to drive Operational Excellence at the site, to help them achieve both their short and long term goals.
Working with the Site General Manager, we took on the challenge of finding a driven, Operational Leader who could help them drive site effectiveness while successfully helping them achieve their lofty three to five year business initiatives.
